It`s a well-known fact that real estate under construction is cheaper than turnkey housing. Phuket real property is no exception. Developers offer the best lowest price at the initial stage of sales. The cost of accommodation unit in medium-sized condominium in the period of construction (1.5 - 2 years) increases by in average 20%.

It is not necessary to pay full amount at once. Payment is possible for the housing purchased according to customer-oriented schedule for the entire construction duration.

Some developers offer finance for the part of the real estate value after completion of construction (That is extremely rare among private sellers of turnkey housing).
