Payment schedule during the construction period
For your convenience, a phased installment plan is provided, linked to the key stages of construction.
- Reservation: 300,000 THB
- Signing of the contract: 35% of the cost
- Site preparation, start of construction: 10%
- Completion of the main structure (box): 15%
- Construction of walls and partitions: 15%
- Laying of floor coverings: 15%
- Completion of construction, transfer of the villa: 5%
- Registration of ownership (including deduction of reservation): 5%
Terms of construction and delivery
The approximate dates for the completion of the villas are from the end of 2027 to the end of 2029. The specific date depends on the selected plot and the configuration of the villa.
