The villa consists of 3 separate pavilions. In the main two-storey pavilion features 7 bedrooms, a rooftop terrace, a large dining room and a games room with a TV. In the second two-storey pavilion features 5 bedrooms, a terrace and a bar. It offers 2 kitchens: one indoor and the other outdoors. The third pavilion is a separate guest bungalow with 1 bedroom, a kitchen and a small living room. On-site large swimming pool, separate children's pool.
The spacious villa is fully furnished and equipped, located on a plot of 2200 square meters and the total area of the buildings is 1 500 sq. m.
Each bedroom has a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, bed, some bedrooms have a sofa. Pool umbrellas and sun loungers. The parking space outside the villa for several cars.
At the end of 2016 at the villa underwent a comprehensive renovation.
