Loose furniture is not included in the unit terms.

Additional payments at transfer

Instalment payment schedule
A staged payment plan is available for special-price units:

- Upon structural completion, estimated Q4 2027: 20%.
- Upon completion of architectural and interior works, estimated Q2 2028: 20%.
